Payment and cancellation conditions

COURSE FEES: Invoice

In case of payment by an organization, it is necessary to indicate the exact billing address of the organization (its exact name, ID number, VAT number) on the application form.

In the case of payment by an individual, the full address of the payer must be provided. The variable symbol is always the number of the advance invoice, which the participant will receive approximately 14 days before the seminar to the email address provided on the registration form. Should the information not arrive within this time frame, please inform the DYS-center directly by email or phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • cancellation up to 15 days before the seminar - 100% refund
  • cancellation 14 - 7 days before the seminar - 50% refund (in case of non-payment of the course fee before the seminar we will ask for 50% refund)
  • cancellation 6 - 0 days before the seminar is non-refundable (in case of non-payment of the fee before the seminar we will ask for 100% of the amount)


cancellation of the participant is accepted only in writing (e-mail)

the participant or organisation can send a substitute

IN CASE OF LOW INTEREST THE SEMINAR IS CANCELLED

It is advisable to apply as soon as possible if you are interested .

Participants will be informed of any cancellations approximately 14 days before the date of the seminar at the e-mail address provided on the registration form.
